The Sower and the Seed
Sowers of thoughts and words and deeds are we,
Reaping the harvest sown of yesterday;
Should we reap joy, love, health, prosperity,
We must sow seeds of Truth along the way.
Choose wisely, then, to shun the shallow ground,
As well as stony places, hardened hearts;
Choose only fertile soil that doth abound
In hearts made pure and free from doubtful arts.
Do not confound nor criticize a friend;
Do not confuse nor cloud with darkened fear;
Be always fair, and strive to comprehend
What Truth is needed, loved and wanted here.
Do not compare in judgment or condemn,
Those who have borne their burdens all alone;
Be ready with your Truth to heal and mend,
As I Am One Love, perfect man is shown.
Bless, then, each stranger met along the way,
As well as those within your family;
Come forth as Sowers into Light of Day,
And, as you sow, so shall your harvest be.
Amen
