God’s All-inclusiveness by Laura Moliter CS – Wednesday 3 September 2014

God being everywhere and all-inclusive, how can He be absent or suggest the absence of omnipresence and omnipotence? How can there be more than all?”

Today, after GLAAD’s robust campaign, it was announced that the first-ever LGBT group will march in New York City’s iconic Saint Patrick’s Day Parade. As a proud Irish New Yorker, this marks a significant step forward and a historic day. Discrimination should never be accepted, much less celebrated

This is the big and beautiful Truth. God, by definition, is All and is everywhere. He constitutes the substance of this place, this moment, and of all there is or was or can be. This may seem a large concept to grasp, so we can just–with a sigh of relief–let it embrace us, let that fact of omnipotent omnipresence be a safe place to rest our thinking and our being.

God is infinite goodness. There is no spot where Allness is absent. There simply can’t be an occasion or a cause for God’s opposite to occupy time or space. His presence owns this moment and this place, exclusively, actively, and lovingly. There is nothing missing from this infinite All, nor can anything be added to it.

God’s all-inclusiveness is His conscious awareness of what is real and right and true. His Mind is thinking His creation, the universe, mankind, and His thought is both intention and expression. You can never be outside of God, good, nor can good ever be separate from your being, from the very substance of your Life. In no place is God absent. At no time is Omnipotence passive. Never does Omnipresence step aside so evil can have a day of mischief.

How can there be more than all?
