God’s man, you and me, are directly and unerringly controlled by Him. The Mind of God is the One Mind and so it is the one that thinks, knows, creates. This perfect Mind governs, guides, expresses all reality. The human mind has no power to either damage God’s man or save him. Remember this.

This awareness doesn’t leave supposed human thinking out of the question of our well-being. What it does do is remind us to release that thinking from its egotism of personal control and to let God do what He always does, wisely and lovingly. We seem to be attached to the idea that we are in charge, utterly responsible, and this belief culminates either in a false pride or a feeling of blame or inadequacy. Neither state is good for healing, for they both worship another god, called “me.”

All power belongs to the one God. That means all power. Everything that is potent and perfect comes of God’s Mind and you and I dwell in that Mind. We are ideas of His and not little thinkers outside of Him. Release that belief in your separate little mind to the trustworthy and gloriously good Truth of the Mind that loves you, the One in which you safely, assuredly rest–in health, happiness, and peace.

    Good morning, Laura.

What a terrific blessing your article for today is and can become for the reader. “…Neither state is good for healing, for they both worship another god, called “me.”” Wow! I love this beautiful thought so much!

Bless you, Laura, for all that you do to enhance the concept of I Am.

    Paul

    Thank you, Laura.

This reminds me of the Bible quotes:

I of my own self can do nothing …

… but with God all things are possible.

    Rob
