Wings of Angels (Grace – Part 3)

Whatever happens, I hope that you will continue to hold on to hope too.  Even in our darkest moments, it is there.  And in all its tenderness and beauty, even if hard to see sometimes, it is life’s greatest gift.  A precious gift to share.

Judy Collins sings “Wings Of Angels,” a tribute to her late son, Clark, who died by suicide in 1992.

Peace and joy belong to thee.

Just take my hand and come home, child, with me.

We will soar o’re time and space;

Feel my love, accept my grace.

There is not a thing to fear.

I am your God and my angels are near.

They will guide you through the night,

Leading you into the light.

Awake from the dream that lulls you away

Into a false sense that leads you astray.

It is Truth that will save you from evil’s false claims,

That dress in sheep’s clothing and come in my name.

There’s a place not far away

Where we hear laughter and music all day.

We will walk upon the wind,

And you won’t be sad again.

You are the image of me.

You are perfect, upright and free.

Little beams of living light, pure in my sight;

You will dwell in my heart for all eternity;

For all eternity.

Peace and joy belong to thee.

Just take my hand and come home, child, with me.

We will soar o’re time and space;

Feel my love, accept my grace.

Children, please, come home to me.
